About Millersville Christian Academy.
In January 31, 2016 Millersville Baptist Church, Inc. of Taylorsville, NC (MBC) voted to form a fact finding committee to gather data regarding community interest and community need for Christian education. The information received revealed surmountable interest in the development of a Christian school. Being continually led by the Holy Spirit the committee spent countless hours researching Christian education through interviewing multiple Christian education administrators, visiting numerous Christian education facilities, researching Christian curriculum and seeking God’s will throughout. On December 4, 2016 Millersville Baptist Church officially voted in favor of the development of a Christian school and Millersville Christian Academy (MCA) was established. As clay in the potter’s hands, our God has molded and formed MCA. Within his timing he has provided exceptional Christian administration to lead the school with the goal of excellence in academic achievement and biblical integration through the use of research based curriculum. Our motto is to “Think, learn, and live for Jesus Christ”. At MCA, we take that both seriously and literally.

"We believe and adhere to Philippians 4:13 in that we can do all things through Christ. In our home, we do our best to honor God and as Joshua stated long ago 'but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD', I try and lead likewise". -- Dr. Peal
It is the belief of MCA that learning God’s word is imperative to becoming a well-rounded person capable of accomplishing great things in the 21st century
It is our vision to raise up generations of children who will impact the world in a spiritual manner through their intellect but more importantly; according to God’s standards.
Things to Come.
Our initial school year (2018-19) at MCA will usher in students in kindergarten through grade 3. Each subsequent year going forward; we will add at least one additional grade per year.
MCA will provide Christ-centered excellence in academics, development of strong Christian character, and a Biblical worldview while declaring God’s power to the next generation one student at a time.
Mission and Values.
Having been led by the Spirit of God, Millersville Christian Academy will provide Christ-centered excellence in academics, development of strong Christian character, and a Biblical worldview while declaring God’s power to the next generation one student at a time. Our mission is our fundamental purpose and the driving force of our existence. We will filter everything we do through our mission.
As Christ followers, we are to be different; set apart. We want to send our children out into society with a Biblical worldview to be salt and light. Through Biblical integration MCA will address the spiritual, intellectual, social, cultural and physical realms of every child. We believe the purposes and mission of MCA are based on Luke 2:52.
MCA is committed to lead students to a deep and personal knowledge of Christ and His Word, instruct students in order to achieve the highest levels of scholarship, and encourage students to accomplish God’s eternal purposes. It is our vision to raise up generations of children who will impact the world in a spiritual manner through their intellect but more importantly; according to God’s standards. Our children are our future and the good Lord expects us to teach and nurture them while promising their obedience. Proverbs 22:6 tells us to train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.
It is our belief that learning God’s word is imperative to becoming a well-rounded person capable of accomplishing great things in the 21st century. Jesus commanded us to go out into the world and have an impact. Matthew 28:19-20 says to go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen. Our vision will enable us to send children out into the world who are prepared to make a difference.
